The hotel felt pleasant and fairly new, less than two years old, and the bed was very comfortable. Security was solid, and the security team were friendly, which helped us feel safe. The laundry service was efficient and satisfactory. Mr. Ian was especially welcoming at check-in, explained useful things about the hotel, and showed real Kenyan hospitality. He was there again at checkout, which was a nice personal touch. The staff overall were friendly and professional. It gets busy, though. Requests made by phone sometimes took a while, and I had to call again about the water I asked for. I also left a note about a bedside hanging lamp that wasn’t working, but nobody dealt with it during my stay. The two elevators sometimes seemed insufficient when the hotel was busy, and restaurant refills could come quicker. I enjoyed my two nights and would be glad to return and see how things improve.

A good spot to rest between meetings, with clean rooms and friendly staff. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, and it took us a few minutes to work out where the two bar entrances were because the signs could be clearer. Once we found our way, getting around was easy.

A great place for conferences and corporate events, with big, clean, fully appointed rooms. The location is amazing, and the hotel is beautiful, clean, and well appointed. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was full of flavor, and there are two good restaurants, a café, and a rooftop pool and bar. A must-stay in Nairobi!

My room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with enough room to relax and get work done. The hotel is neat, modern, tastefully decorated, and well maintained. It made for a calm setting for both rest and productivity, especially for business travel. As an Accor member, I was pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade. The reception team made arrival smooth and welcoming, and checkout was just as professional. Staff throughout the hotel were courteous, professional, and well presented. From arrival to departure, the stay at Novotel Nairobi Westlands was seamless and well managed. I’d gladly return and recommend it.
