The interior is clean, and I like that there are CCTV cameras in the elevators as well as security at the gate. The building is in a cool, breezy area where warm air flows steadily. I'd suggest staying here to enjoy the surroundings.
The apartment is well equipped with essential amenities and sits in a quiet part of Kileleshwa, right in the heart of the area. Lately, police have been hanging around to prey on non-residents, so keep your identification documents with you.
A modern place with lovely views in a great neighbourhood. It's near hotels, shops, and community areas, and would work well for either a short or a long stay in Kileleshwa.
I love this place. It's the best, and I can't wait to come back.
I'm updating my account of renting from a landlord through Luxia Management at Ambra Heights Apartments, and want to alert tourists. I had a short-term lease in the building from 25 of Nov to 25 of Jan 2025, for furnished studio B1 on the 1 floor. The rent was 110,000 KSH per month, and the contract set the deposit at 110,000 KSH as well. Management handled all communication and allegedly said the landlord was an Indian man away on vacation, though they were in touch with him as needed. Like many tourists from the U.S.A, I paid on time and was never a day late. I expected the landlord to act with integrity and represent Kenya and Kenyans well. My deposit was supposed to be in my MPESA account no later than 25 Jan 2025, but as of Fen 7, 2025, it still hadn't been returned. I didn't recommend renting from him at that time and said I'd post if I ever got the deposit. I have good friends working in the Commissions of Oath, Kenya Heigh Courts, who are looking into this matter. After I hired an attorney with the Commissions of Oaths and they contacted the landlord, he made a reasonable deposit return. Without that legal action, I'm not convinced he intended to return it. I recommend that tourists traveling abroad in any country contact local attorneys in case locals try to play them, and be ready for that. When tourists from any country are mistreated, it shows disrespect for the people and the government's tourism, and contributes to the down fail of that economy.
