Greenpath Residence

The balcony view was lovely, and the house felt clean and comfortable. The front desk team made me feel welcome, and the housekeepers were polite and did a great job. Thanks especially to Mr. Idris, who I believe is the manager, for keeping the service so good during my stay. I had a great time. The only thing missing was a working swimming pool.

We spent a month there and ran into problems with management and housekeeping throughout. Money went missing, 300€, which was really cheeky, and I had to pay for towels because management said they hadn't come out clean after laundry. It could be a nice place if everyone were honest and nobody stole. I recommend that people visiting Nairobi avoid this apartment hotel.

I've stayed at your residence a couple of times and have had good service each visit, with all my needs taken care of. I've seen a few bad reviews, but my own experience has been different. I'd recommend giving the place a try for yourself, and I'd recommend it to everyone.

Other residents played loud music at parties past 2 in the morning. On top of that, the service was awful, the staff were neglectful, and there were bed bugs. I wouldn't recommend visiting.
