The pool was a highlight, with a separate one for babies, and we made good use of the outdoor grill. The three-bedroom house gives you more room, including a big sitting room, kitchen and patio where we mostly hung out when we weren’t swimming. There’s also a two-bedroom option. One drawback in the larger house is that it only has two bathrooms and toilets, with doors connecting them from inside both rooms, which can get awkward. The dining and living areas are nicely furnished, and the bedrooms have fans, AC and enough storage. The showers could be better, possibly because of a water-pumping issue. The internet was decent, though it lagged when lots of devices were connected. There’s a kids’ sandpit, and the beach is about 1.2 km away, around a 15-minute walk. Msnyatta bar is nearby for clubbing, and Carrefour, chandarana and Naivas are options for shopping. I’d recommend the place for a great stay.

The place was clean and cosy, and close to local restaurants and a supermarket. Staff were friendly, quick and efficient whenever I needed help. Highly recommend.
