Mzima Beach Resort

Mr. Charles even arranged a boat tour for us at the last minute, and he was there whenever we needed anything. We came to Zima Beach Resort for a short stay, just the two of us, and felt well looked after throughout. We had a small problem on the first night. Mr. Charles did everything he could to sort it out, then offered us a different room the next day, just as beautiful as the first. All the staff were kind and helpful, with special thanks to him for handling the room change and the tour. The resort was very clean, and we felt safe there in the evening. We had a great experience and highly recommend the place.

My family and I highly recommend Mzima Beach. It’s a beautiful, peaceful private beach, and the service was exceptional. The staff went out of their way to make sure guests had a great experience, both on the beach and beyond.

The ladies at Mulberry Spa are magical, and I’d strongly recommend the chef services too. You can choose what you’d like from the menu or ask the chef for great suggestions featuring local delicacies. We loved our stay at Mzima resort. It’s ideally located near the beach, the grounds are lovely and well maintained, and the service made us feel pampered every minute. Definitely worth trying!

This is based only on my experience. Mzima beach itself is nice, and the staff working on site were friendly and accommodating. But couples planning events there, especially weddings, should research carefully and ask plenty of questions. The business office added charges that seemed random and inaccurate, and we felt we were being overcharged. If you don’t check the details, you may be charged for things you shouldn’t be. The contract said our damage deposit would be refunded within a week, but it took almost two months to get the money back. Get everything in writing. The business office points to the contract to protect itself, but in our case they didn’t follow it.
