Neptune Palm Beach Boutique Resort & Spa All Inclusive

I liked how quiet the Palm area stayed, while anyone wanting animation and louder music could head over to the much livelier Neptun Village next door. Village guests couldn’t enter Neptun Palm, which helped keep it calm and exclusive. Neptun Palm is a peaceful, relaxing boutique-style hotel. The food was excellent, tasty, and varied, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and fine overall, though the bathrooms feel dated and could use a refresh. A couple of things could be better. I’d make Neptun Palm adults-only, since there were some loud, unsupervised children by the pool despite there being no kids’ attractions. Also, all-inclusive should last until you actually leave, rather than ending at noon on the final day. We were leaving at 7 p.m., so we had many hours with limited access. A great choice for adults who want a peaceful, high-quality stay.

The grounds are beautifully cared for, with lovely gardens overlooking gorgeous Galu beach. The resident monkeys keep you entertained for hours. Our bungalow was beautiful and had everything we could want, plus more. There was lots of fresh food to choose from, always served with a smile by the wonderful staff. Two people made the holiday unforgettable. STANLEY mixed the best cocktails and made us feel like part of his family, greeting us with a hug and a smile every day. His customer service was exceptional, and nothing was too much trouble. THERESA also looked after every need and made sure we had drinks and fresh bitings. Everyone at Neptune Palm was incredible, but these two really stood out and are a credit to the hotel. We can’t wait to visit again. 🌞 One word for this resort: paradise!

We left feeling relaxed and pampered, already thinking about another visit. Every sunrise felt like a private show, and the pool overlooking the ocean was a highlight, with a lovely pool Bar nearby. The dining options were incredible, with fresh food and a range of international dishes. The beachfront setting was breathtaking, with soft white sand and clear water just steps away. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a coastal feel. The staff were warm and attentive, and went above and beyond to make our holiday wonderful.

We stayed for a week and had a beautiful view of the pool and ocean from our spacious, comfortable room. The hotel was absolutely clean everywhere, and the food was very good quality with a rich selection. The accommodation was lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.
