Beatrice was so kind and helpful, and the service was good. I slept comfortably, the sheets were clean, and the WiFi worked well. It's an affordable option rather than a high-end stay, and I have no complaints. I'd recommend it if that's what you're after.
Good value and a great place to stay in Parklands. My room didn't have a hot shower, despite being told one was available, and the rooms could use some renovation touch-ups here and there.
We spent 10 nights at impala hotel parklands and had a lovely stay for the price. The rooms were clean and pleasant, and we liked the outdoor tables for sitting and relaxing. Staff throughout were very friendly and helpful, and reception stays open 24 hours. The restaurant at wine and bottle served great breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a lovely team there too. Taxis were always available, and the museum and Central Business District are nearby. There are plenty of other restaurants around as well. Thanks for making our stay special. We hope to come back to impala hotel parklands. Oddbjørn from Norway 🇳🇴 with Amie from Kenya 🇰🇪
I ordered sirloin steak, but it wasn't fresh. When I complained, the supervisor wouldn't listen. I'd suggest choosing something other than beef.
A quiet spot away from traffic congestion, with efficient service. A good fit if you prefer hotels that aren't loud.
