We came with a group of kitesurfers in January and had a great time at Black Pearl Villa. Chris was easy and friendly to communicate with, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The house was clean and well kept. There’s plenty of room, with large bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, plus a big garden and a lovely pool. The villa sits in a secure area among other villas, so we didn’t hear road or neighbor noise. Highly recommended, we’ll be back!

The beach is just a few minutes away on foot, with a restaurant and a shop selling fresh fish. We were two families with kids at Black Pearl, and there was lots of space inside and out, with big rooms. Abdul cooked for us during the stay, which was a real treat and let us relax and enjoy ourselves. Christof was a great host. When a few issues came up, he supported us really well. I can definitely recommend the villa.

We booked the chef and had a housekeeper help with shopping and organizing our stay, both of which I recommend. There’s a lot to do nearby, from reef snorkeling and Wasini Island to safaris with Monika Tours in Diani, plus a visit to Ukunda. The beach is only a three-minute walk away, with clear water, white sand, and no crowds. You can try kitesurfing, boating, or jet skiing, and there’s a great beach bar for fresh seafood and cocktails. Back at the villa, the garden is lovely, the pool is spacious, and the place is quiet and safe with top service. The owners are very nice and friendly, and the location is excellent. There’s everything you could want for a relaxing stay.

I felt very safe here, and the location is quiet, though the centre is only a few minutes away by tuk-tuk. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the beach. The villa is clean and really nice, with a lovely garden and pool. Chris is a great host. The kitchen and bathroom are functional, not luxurious, and the WiFi and electricity worked most of the time. I’d stay again.

Villa Fink was a wonderful, very private place to stay, with everything we needed and the beach close by. Chris was such a nice and helpful host. The garden and pool are breathtaking. We’ll definitely be back!
