The hotel is in a handy spot in town. Service was excellent, and it’s a good place to stay.

Good facilities and fair prices make this a pleasant place to stay. Mr. Abdi at reception was really good with clients, though the lady receptionist I met was hostile, which put me off coming back. Customer care could use some work.

The rooms are poorly ventilated, and the AC has a bad smell that makes it seem like it hasn’t been serviced in a long time. I’d avoid the 2nd floor because the air conditioning there appears not to be serviced. The smell gave me chest problems. The place is affordable and centrally located, though.

The main drawback is that there are no local TV channels like Citizen, KTN or NTV Stations. I liked how welcoming Waaria was, the rooms are spacious, and they respond quickly when you call.
