Breakfast prep in the kitchen was so noisy that the banging pots and pans could be heard in my room each morning. The beach gate was locked, and we needed the cops to open it. Plenty of things were broken, including the phone outlets, phones, and internet. It also wasn’t all inclusive: food, drinks, and even visitors stopping by for a few hours cost extra.

The pool was a lovely spot to unwind, and the rooms were comfortable. Nyali Beach Holiday Resort has a calm, spacious feel that works for families or solo travelers, with pretty views and the beach just a short walk away. Staff were warm and ready to help. Maintenance and room updates could use some attention, though. I had a pleasant stay and would say it’s worth visiting.

My room was clean and a decent size, and some rooms have lovely sea views. The location is excellent, but the breakfast was the main disappointment. Service, including how simple requests like late checkout were handled, didn’t meet expectations. It felt like the priority was charging for another full day instead of being flexible. The hotel has potential, but its food and service haven’t been kept up to standard.

The food was somewhat better, but the service was pathetic. We waited ages for a waiter, then once the food was on the table, they disappeared. Staff behaved badly, which made things worse. Management, and especially the manager, seems weak at understanding what good service involves. The staff need training.

Spacious and not too expensive, with clean rooms and a good variety of food. Staying at the resort also gives foreigners access to the coastal line.
