We had a very special stay here for a milestone birthday. The camp had a very “White Lotus” feel, with personal service throughout. Caroline, the camp manager, went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Caroline at the bar and Patrick in the dining room were also warm and helpful. The spa staff were wonderful, and their prices were reasonable. It’s a beautiful spot on the shores of Lake Elementeita, where you can watch all kinds of birds, ride horses through a conservation area, and spot water buck, giraffes, Zebras, gazelles, and more. The food was excellent, though I would have liked a little more variety for a five-star experience. Thank you for a memorable birthday stay.

The lake setting was beautiful, and there was plenty for the kids to do. The staff were really friendly, and we even got to enjoy the heated pool at night. Had a great time and will definitely come back.

There’s a lot to enjoy outdoors here, from horse riding to bird watching and nature walks by Lake Elmentaita. The rooms are elegant and have lovely lake views, and I liked the hospitality. I’d recommend the camp for families or small groups.

The food was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented, and every staff member we met made us feel genuinely welcome. Their kindness and service stood out throughout our stay. We only had one night, and wished we could have stayed longer. Our room felt authentic and gorgeous, with beautiful design, spotless cleanliness, and real comfort. Waking up to the lake view is something we won’t forget. Of all the lovely places we visited on safari, Lake Elementaita Serena Camp was our favorite. It gave us such a happy, memorable experience. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with guests. Touring Africa is a blessing!

We were greeted so warmly by Dorothy at reception, and the staff were excellent. The food was delicious, while the rooms had stunning views. The scenery felt peaceful, with wildlife roaming freely. Highly recommend Serena Elementaita.
