What made our stay at Jacaranda unforgettable was the staff, especially Chanze, the wonderful waitress who looked after us. Everyone was friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. We had an amazing time at the hotel, with excellent room service, an unforgettable atmosphere, and a great spot next to the beach. Thank you, and see you soon!

The room was tidy and clean, and housekeeping did a satisfactory job. The facilities feel a bit old, though. Water drained slowly and tended to collect, and the air conditioning didn’t cool enough. There was only a fixed overhead shower, with no handheld option. The outlets worked with several international plug standards, but they were a distance from the bed and no adapter was supplied.

The helpful, friendly staff were always smiling, and that made our stay at Jacaranda Resort Beach even more special. We loved the service, atmosphere, and the whole experience. I’ll definitely recommend the resort and would love to return!

This was my second time at Jacaranda, and I had another perfect stay. The team was efficient and made organizing everything easy, which I appreciated as the team organizer. My team loved it and can’t wait to come back. The staff were professional and friendly, the food was great, and the rooms were beautiful. The peaceful atmosphere and beachside location made it a really relaxing stay. The pool was sparkling clean too!

The manager was polite, but kept trying to get me off the beach, which was really annoying. They act as if they own it and want to charge tourists $15 per person to stay there. The beach is public, and they can’t chase you away.
