The buffet breakfast was just what I needed before heading into the hinterlands, where it isn't easy to find a proper meal. I got to visit Lodwar, and this hotel made the trip comfortable and bearable. I'll be back.

The place is quiet and secure, and although the food was good, it didn't feel worth the price. Portions were small and meals very expensive, with rice and beef costing 600. They have a limited menu: I asked for chapati and was told they only had ugali, rice, beef, and mbuzi. The single room was quite expensive at 3k, too. The room itself was spacious, but the toilet door had dirty soap streaks all over it and the toilet seat was broken. There were tiny brown ants, especially on the wall units, as well as roaches. The internet was poor. Service from the lady at reception was bad, though the brown guy was very friendly. Customer service overall was horrible.
