Northgate Resort Isiolo

There's plenty of space, the food is good, and the place is clean. I had fun there with my family, and I love that the bar is upstairs. Service does need to improve, though, since it takes too long. Maybe they could add more staff.

I came back after a year and stayed overnight. The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable, but cleaning needs attention, especially in the bathroom, toilet, basin and on the walls. The towels were discolored too. I've attached photos, please improve this. I first visited on New Year's. It was packed, but the food and service were still quick, and there was live music. They could offer more drinks, especially nonalcoholic ones, since there wasn't much choice.

The pool was dirty, the menu limited, and customer service only average. The rooms are in bad shape, with too few toiletries, and at night there was noise from rats or birds.

The food was excellent on the times we ate at the restaurant, and the service there was fine. Christmas Day was different: it was so crowded and chaotic that we couldn't get any restaurant service, and there was too much noise. I also noticed there were no dustbins in the rooms. We booked a tent at this budget-friendly resort, but the sleeping area wasn't secure and anyone could get in. We raised the issue, received an apology and a complimentary extra night, but by then our privacy and security had already been compromised. The tents and the general sleeping area seemed to have very little security. It gets really packed over the holidays, so I wouldn't recommend booking a tent then. The place is okay, but it needs proper management.
