Isaac is a great conversationalist and was so helpful, calling every few minutes with directions so we wouldn't get lost. The hosts were excellent, the rooms very nice and cosy, and the surroundings peaceful and homely. Breakfast was filling, and we absolutely loved it. My stay was wonderful, and I'll always think of this as my home whenever I'm in kakamega. I'd recommend it to anyone, anytime. Hellenis is a good place to be.

The fresh smell, tea plantation, and forest make it a lovely, quiet place for anyone who enjoys listening to birds singing early in the morning. Once it's fully completed, it will be able to accommodate more people.

The service was top notch, and the rooms are so grand they give you the feeling of a luxurious restaurant. Honestly, I can't think of a better place when you're in Kakamega. I wouldn't mind recommending a night or two here to future travelers. Good work, Hellenis.

The rooms are neatly kept, and the hosts are warm and friendly. It feels homey and tucked away from the bustle and street noise of Kakamega town. A superb little hideaway.
