Dinner was fresh and delicious, and the team even made breakfast boxes for our 5:30am departure. Our flight was cancelled because of thunderstorms, so a large group of us needed a hotel at the last minute. The team fitted us in and came by to make sure the rooms had everything we needed. Huge thanks to everyone working on Thu 5th March, and especially Gilbert at reception, who went out of his way to get us good rooms and dinner. I’ve never had such great customer service in Nairobi. I’ll be back, they were so thoughtful :)

We spent six days here and were extremely comfortable. The hotel was neat and clean, and the staff were so hospitable. Mr Gilbert at reception was especially pleasant and always welcomed us with a lovely smile.

The restaurant, pool, and weight room were all available, and the shower was lovely, open concept, and nice and hot. After nearly six hours cramped in a Land Rover from Masi Mara, then getting stuck in Nairobi rush hour traffic, that cozy room and even nicer bed were a welcome relief. The staff gave us a nice welcome too. It’s also close to the airport, so an early departure was easy.

The food and dining areas are lovely, and I really liked the catering services. The hotel is accessible, with ramps at the entrance and an elevator to the rooms. The rooms are nice but small, and the room service isn’t so good. I’d recommend it for someone on a budget. It’s easy to reach from the highway, and Uber and Bolt are always available.

The rooms look pretty new, and they’re very cozy with great beds. The location is good too, since Uber or Bolt can get you to a lot of places quickly.
