Elite Residence feels like an elite scam residence. If you book through booking.com, be careful: once they have your money, they ask you to cancel there so they don’t have to pay commission. But then booking.com can mark you as a no-show and charge you again. The room was okay, though there was a lot of hair around the bathroom that wasn’t mine. I felt on edge the whole time. I’m a hotel owner in New Zealand, and you always have to deal with guests honestly.
I lived here for more than 2 years and had very little to complain about ELITE. VAAL always deliver quality in residential construction, and the building is well maintained, well equipped, and made with quality materials. Each unit is properly soundproofed. The management team is responsive and proactive, and the location puts malls, bars, and the express way close by. Despite being in one of Nairobi’s busiest areas, home feels calm. My only issue was the no pet policy, which is why I moved out.
There were a number of amenities, which was good. My one concern was the bathroom shower head, since there weren’t any other water outlets. I didn’t expect that in a top notch apartment in 2026. It should be reviewed.
A modern, clean, safe place to stay in Westlands, with everything you’d need in the apartment. The concierge team and agents are friendly and helpful. There’s parking and security, along with elevators, a pool, and a terrace.
