It was a superb, relaxing week, with everything I’d want in a holiday. Thanks, Lamanis, for the quiet and rejuvenation. I’d highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved it. It was a lovely, very clean place, well kept and maintained, and Linet was welcoming and helpful. It really felt like home away from home, and I’d say it’s the best in Kakamega. Kakamega forest is nearby too, a lovely place for hiking and bird watching.

The best home away from home. Excellent.

8/10
The people around the property were so friendly, and it felt like a good place for kids. We also liked having the forest close by while still being able to go into town for shopping. The house interior could do with some maintenance, but we still had a pleasant, relaxing stay at Lamanis Haven.
