The location was great, and all around it was a lovely experience. The hotel's interior is gorgeous, the staff are really helpful, and Alicia at valet especially stood out. The upstairs bar was a lot of fun, with excellent cocktails.

The valet team is awesome. Jeff, Jeff and Ash will look after you and your vehicle with top-notch service. Great hotel.

Hotel Genevieve is only a few kilometres from Lake Nakuru National park and is one of the best hotels in Nakuru. The rooms are clean and budget friendly, about $29 per night with breakfast.

The bed was super comfortable, and Jarvis at the Valet station was a delight. It's a beautiful hotel in a wonderful area, and felt very safe.

6/10
The staff were friendly and nice, but several things need attention. There was no drinking water for guests, the bathroom tiles need more care, and the water wasn't draining well. The restaurant was very slow, and the TV didn't work properly.
