I loved the garden, and the rooms were beautiful. The staff were really nice, meals came quickly, and the bed was awesome. Go feel it yourself. I'd recommend this place.

The rooms, food, and surroundings were all just perfect. I went with colleagues over the weekend, and they haven't stopped thanking me. Planning a Kakamega trip? Book Caravan hotel. For me, it's a 10/10.

Lidia was amazing, and I could see the staff really put in effort. They take both complaints and compliments seriously, and the food was great. The location would have been a jackpot if it were in a mall. I'll still go back.

We weren't told clearly how the bill worked before eating, and ended up paying 300 more than the menu price for what we had. The waiter, Gideon, was great, though. The fish was fresh and crispy just how we wanted it, and the lemon tea was good. They don't have brewed coffee, so I ended up with instant.

The garden is a nice spot to relax, and parking felt secure when arriving by car. One waitress was especially friendly and dedicated. The downsides: the bathroom flooded, there was only one bottle of water even for a stay of several days, the TV speakers squealed, and I saw a few tiny roaches.
