We had Hawaiian pizza, which I’d give 2/5, and they could improve it. We also waited over an hour before anyone came to take our order. Maybe it was because it was New Year’s, but I still had a good time.

The place is pleasant, especially around the pool, with plenty of parking and strong enough Wi-Fi. The rooms are nice, particularly the executive ones, though the safe didn’t work and there was no do not disturb sign. Conference facilities were okay, but blackouts are common. Service was very slow. Breakfast gets 2/5: the coffee station was disorganized, brewed coffee and sugar were missing at first, though staff scrambled to bring them. Dining also gets 2/5.

I arrived at Mara Frontier Hotel around 8 p.m. today, and there was nobody available to help or even ask what service I needed. After I ordered food, I waited more than two hours. When it finally came, it was cold and not what I’d ordered. I expected better service from a hotel with this reputation. I hope management deals with these problems urgently so future guests don’t have the same experience.

There are plenty of dishes to choose from, from Ugali to roast beef 🍖. I liked the service, and the chefs and manager handled things well 😀😜.

Right on the highway, and service is just a call away. The deluxe rooms are spacious and block out noise, with hot water running like a river. And the bedding smells divine. Fresh towel sets are available on call.
