I'm very dissatisfied with the customer service. We agreed on an early check-in before I paid in full, but when I arrived I didn't get what had been arranged. Book with caution.

Tulivu Suites made for a perfect getaway. It's stylish and comfortable, with a host who made me feel at home. The food was delicious and good value, parking was easy, and I felt safe. The peaceful greenery and fresh air made it a relaxing escape. There's a charming mini-lounge where you can have a cold drink or coffee and listen to music. Since we were working, the extraordinary fast internet with direct Starlink access was a real plus. There’s also a baby pool where little ones can splash around while you relax. If you're after good vibes, a stylish place, good food, a relaxing lounge, and a baby pool, I'd highly recommend Tulivu Suites.

The security guard was very professional, so I give him four stars. The food was awesome and the place itself is nice to visit, but getting served was frustrating. The workers were sitting around eating and laughing, and we had to wait for someone to come over. When the bar attendant finally showed up, he seemed moody and got angry when we asked for the menu. He wanted to tell us the options instead, so we ended up ordering something we didn't want. The manager should hire a woman to help guests feel comfortable in the bar area, along with waiters who welcome people warmly and happily.
