From check-in onward, the staff were warm and attentive, going out of their way to make us comfortable. The room was spotless, the amenities were top-notch, and the food was exquisite. Kenya Comfort Hotel offers exceptional hospitality, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, welcoming retreat.

The room was clean and otherwise fairly comfortable, but the basin was so tiny it was hard to wash my hands or face, and the toilet itself was tiny too. My room didn’t have air conditioning, and there wasn’t even a fan to cool it. It’s a very vintage-style hotel, perhaps from the time of British colonial rule.

This is a budget place with basic facilities. On our first visit, room 301 was beside the lift, which was very noisy and woke me several times during the night, though the bed was quite comfortable. Dinner was OK, but when I asked for something sweet, they said they’d run out of fruit. We stayed a second time because it was part of a tour we’d booked. The sink taps in that room were very hard to turn off. The bedding was clean and the Wi-Fi worked fairly well, but I wouldn’t return at all if it weren’t included in the tour.
