I loved every moment here, especially in the bar. The service was amazing, friendly, and quick, and the bar is downstairs in the basement. The lighting sets the mood, and I love the fireplace too. I just love this place.

My coworkers and I ordered at noon, but when we got there at 3, most of the food still wasn’t ready and then took another hour to cook. The staff wouldn’t let me speak with the manager about it, and they weren’t apologetic at all.

The service is quick and personal, and the atmosphere is lovely. The fireplace makes the evening feel romantic, especially since Karatina can get quite cold at night.

The design and services are well planned. Even though the hotel is right in the middle of town, the surroundings are cool and peaceful.

The rooms were excellent, and the customer service was great. Meals and drinks came on time. It’s close to the main market and several banks, with an accessible road.
