The food was amazing, and the chef made my cake just the way I wanted it. Maggy gave the best service, too. I booked through Peter and everything went as I’d hoped. Loved the ambience and the place. I’ll definitely be back!

I was hoping to get one last hot shower before setting off on a long road and camping trip, but there was no hot water in my room. They couldn’t move me to another room in time for me to shower, which was super annoying and inconvenient. They should compensate me. The hotel itself is nice enough, though my room didn’t look as good as the website photos.

The dessert at Fair Acres Boutique Hotel was rich and delicious, and it looked beautiful too. The chef clearly paid attention to the details, while the warm service made it even more special. Every bite felt like a little piece of heaven. I’ll be back for more!

I stayed at Fair Acres Boutique Hotel during a work trip to Nairobi. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and my room was clean and comfortable. I had a great stay and would recommend it.

We booked 7 rooms at $150 each, which is five-star hotel pricing in today’s world. This was the worst hotel I’ve experienced in 30 years of travelling. The staff were hopeless, and Manager Harold was even more shameless. They don’t deserve even a 2 Star rating and should lose their 4 star category.
