Clemsa House

We had a successful party at Clemsa House because the staff went over and beyond to make everyone comfortable. They were amazing and friendly, and served delicious meals for all our guests. We especially loved the nyama choma. The manager lets you customize the menu, and the charges are cost friendly. We could decorate the place to our liking, and there was a fireplace in the evening to keep guests warm. Along Hillcrest Road in Karen, Clemsa House has a beautiful, serene setting for all kinds of functions. There’s a pool and a great field where you can set up birthdays, engagements, wedding receptions for a few guests, or showers. The house is clean and beautiful, and makes a perfect staycation spot. It can comfortably accommodate 50 pax with social distance observed. The intimate rooms would suit honeymooners, and the setup is also ideal for a surprise engagement party. Children can enjoy a birthday setup while the adults have their own gathering at the same place without interfering with the kids’ fun day. Business people can carry on with official duties in the quiet setting, with its lovely scenery and suitable setups.

The pool and quiet setting were my favorite parts. Clemsa Hotel/Guest House feels like a calm little escape in Nairobi, with comfortable rooms, tasty food, and welcoming staff.

The staff were really friendly, and having a pool around Karen is a nice plus. I wish they offered breakfast and lunch choices, though. A price list for the car service would help too, and paying in KSH instead of dollars would be better if possible.

I only came by to collect some friends, but the staff were so warm and quick to help. My friends were very pleased with their stay.
