Karen little paradise

We enjoyed the place so much that after five nights we left, then came back for one more. It's a little gem out on the edge of Karen, with apartments, nature, and spots to relax all together. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. The owner is passionate about an agricultural project in the backyard that leads up a hill with a lovely sunset view. Worth a stay.

The garden grounds are lovely, and the rooms were very clean. I also liked the farm-to-table idea.

The compound is spacious and the garden is extensive. What didn't work for us was the distance to the city centre and other activities. The neighbourhood isn't somewhere I'd feel comfortable walking around or going out in. The surroundings looked slum-like to me, and we worried about getting back very late, though staff reassured us it was safe.

Sarah was so kind and really went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. Our room was gorgeous, and the setting was peaceful, like a little oasis. The owners grow their own produce and keep animals on the farm. We had dinner there one evening and it was delicious. You need to order Ubers to get around. With attractions so spread out, though, I think you'd need transport wherever you stayed. I can't recommend it highly enough.
