The grounds are lovely, and the beds were cozy. We all enjoyed the rooms, food, and service, and our teenagers had a good time too. The gym and pool are outstanding, though the pool isn't heated. Meals were fresh, with good portions at fair prices. Customer care was friendly and helpful, though a little slow at times. The guard welcomed us, and the receptionists were kind and hospitable. We'll visit again, God willing.

The cottages looked okay, but the front desk experience was awful. The receptionist Wairimu showed no transparency, communicated extremely poorly, and had an attitude toward guests. My team and I ended up walking away because there was no real communication from the front desk.

There are room options from Ksh 1000 to Ksh 18,000, and it's one of the best hotels in Kerugoya Town. The female receptionists could be more welcoming, but that's something you can overlook.

The breakfast buffet is nice, and the staff are friendly in this generally pleasant place. Dinner needs improvement, though. The food seems over-microwaved: ugali turns spongy, chapatti goes hard within a minute of being served hot, and dishes are too hot outside but cold inside.
