Breakfast is included from 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM, and there are two on site restaurants serving African food. Facilities include a fitness center, playground, and business center with meeting rooms. There’s also 24-hour room service, concierge help, and daily housekeeping. Guests have praised the cleanliness, safety, and friendly, helpful staff. Some reviews mention that the rooms don’t have air conditioning and that the conference facilities can occasionally be an issue. It’s a solid value and convenient choice for Nairobi.

For as low as 3,500 per night, the rooms are affordable, with comfy beds, a television, and nice lighting. The hotel has a pleasant environment and great food, though the view could be better. They could add more sockets by the beds and electric kettles for the cold nights. If you’re on a budget, this is definitely a place to go.

The food was fresh and reasonably well prepared, but service was slow and we had to repeat our orders several times. The meeting rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and better furniture.

The price was pocket friendly, and the rooms had plenty of space. I enjoyed the three days I spent there. The food was excellent and the customer service very good. Thanks to Stephen, Karen and Emily for such a warm welcome. I’d gladly come back.
