The setting is peaceful, and it's one of the best beaches in Ukunda. Very close to Kinondo Kwetu.

What really took our stay to another level was the staff. Kenyan hospitality is already great, but the team at Kinondo Poa resort went further. Justice served us in the restaurant with such a cheerful attitude, and helped us with whatever we needed even when we weren't dining. Manager Wyclef arranged taxis and motorcycle rentals for $12 USD per day, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The resort itself was quiet, with a beautiful pool and a clean, nice room where the AC worked great. Having a cold water dispenser with safe drinking water in the room was a big bonus, and the thatched roofs added to the experience. We'd definitely stay again.

We only have good memories of this warm, welcoming place. Thank you to this wonderful location and the great staff. Justus especially made us feel comfortable during our stay, and everything was alright.

The food was delicious every day, and Bakari cleaned our room daily and made it look lovely. The staff made us feel so welcome and did their best to meet every request we came up with. A special thank you to Justus for his service. It's a beautiful place to retreat and relax. I wish the owners all the best for the future!

A small place with a nice pool, a private path to the beach, and great attention to what guests need. It's further south than most spots in Diani Beach, and made for a really good getaway.
