10/10
The balcony was peaceful, the bed was comfortable, and the food was decent. I even found my car being washed when I got up. I nearly missed the place because its name threw me off, and it was my first time in Kisii. It was already around 10pm, so after looking at other options I gave it a try. The 4-star rating helped me feel confident, and it worked out well.

I had a great stay on a work trip, booked through Expedia as a perk. It’s a great place to stay.

2/10
The service was poor for such an expensive place. Lighting was bad, it wasn’t well kept, and supplies were limited. The bed was poor too. Breakfast options weren’t suitable for vegetarians or vegans, and there was no buffet.

I loved the morning aroma, and everyone was very respectful. The food was absolutely amazing, so good. I recommend this place.

A nice place, but for the same price it could have been better.
