The breakfast team were the highlight of our visit, so kind and friendly. The food and rooms were okay, though the WiFi was unreliable. I also lost my $50 cap in the hotel parking lot, probably taken by the guard. The older guard on daytime gate duty kept asking me for money whenever he got the chance. Reception staff could use more hospitality training.

The rooms were spotless, the food was enjoyable, and most of the staff were pleasant. One restaurant attendant did make dinner awkward by insisting we eat in our rooms. At first he wouldn't even serve us drinks, but after we pleaded, he agreed. Customer service otherwise was good.

The air conditioning handled Kisumu's heat really well, and the rooms have tasteful finishes. I had a great stay, felt safe, and found the hotel conveniently close to town. Credit to management for keeping the standards up.

Breakfast was ready early, and getting a taxi was easy. The staff were warm and polite, and there are rooms across different budgets. I stayed in the single mini, which was very comfortable. I'd happily come back.

The rooms are good and the wait staff were very good too. It's a 3 star hotel near the Highway, on a road that goes straight into the city centre. There's plenty of parking, and the stay includes bed and breakfast. The food menu isn't huge, but that's fine by me. Standard rooms have enough space for two, with deluxe and executive upgrades if you'd like a bigger room.
