Queen's Way Resort is a good escape from the city’s noise and dust. The rooms are spacious, with king-size beds, and the grounds are clean with trees all around. Service was good and the ladies responded quickly. Lucy and Ashley Christine were both cheerful and made us feel at home. A lovely place to stay when you’re in Kisumu City.

The staff were welcoming throughout, and the receptionists, Lucy and Ashley, were especially friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was impeccable too. I had a wonderful stay, keep it up.
