Acacia Premier Hotel

Mathew made our family’s time memorable by choosing a spot with a beautiful lake view. He was attentive, courteous, and did more than expected to make sure we had a lovely experience. We appreciated his warm manner and professionalism, and felt well looked after. Please pass along our thanks for the care he showed us yesterday.

We had a great week and were completely satisfied. Breakfast was nicely presented, with a wide selection for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, and the rooms had all the amenities we needed. At reception, the staff were ready and quick with the room keys, and we were warmly welcomed. Security was thorough too, checking both vehicles and luggage as we entered. Thanks for a great stay.

The Indian food at Acacia Premier Hotel has fallen off noticeably, and at the prices they charge, it just isn’t worth it. Portions are very small, while the food feels cheap and carelessly prepared. The bhatura was especially disappointing, tiny and so poorly made it barely looked like proper bhatura. I’ve eaten Indian food in India, so I know how authentic dishes should taste and look. The food here used to be good, but now the taste, preparation, and portion sizes have all gone downhill. Indian cooking should have rich flavors and proper spices, yet what’s served now doesn’t deliver. If the hotel wants to keep its reputation, it needs to improve the authenticity, flavor, serving sizes, and quality soon.

Mathew’s recommendation of the Coconut Fish was a great call. It was flavorful, prepared perfectly, and I really enjoyed it. He was friendly and attentive throughout my visit, and knew the menu well enough to guide me toward something new with confidence. I left happy with both the meal and the service. Mathew’s professionalism and warm personality made the visit memorable, and I’d gladly come back for more of his suggestions.
