I stayed for four nights, and the experience was deeply disappointing. The room wasn’t cleaned once during my stay, and basic items like toothpaste, a toothbrush, shampoo, and complimentary drinking water weren’t provided. Breakfast was included, but there was very little variety and the quality was poor. For international guests, there should be some standard options beyond local dishes. The service overall fell well short of what I expected, especially as a guest from abroad. I hope management takes these problems seriously and improves the facilities and service for future guests.

The food was great, and the buffet at lunch had a nice range of choices. I liked that the dishes weren’t overly oily. The sugarcane juice was especially good, freshly made while you wait. Service was above average too.

The staff are good and security is good too, but the floors are extremely slippery and something should be done about that. Prices seem a little higher for locals. It’d be nice if guests were given a small breakfast, and the TVs and other items should all be checked to make sure they work. My score: 55 percent.

Really tasty food at a low price. After trying fancier places around Westlands, the rice and beef here ended up being my best restaurant meal in two weeks, and the cheapest as well. I’d recommend it!

The staff were a pleasure, and the security officers deserve a shout-out for pointing out open parking spots. That saved us from driving around the building looking for one. Parking was a real hassle, though, with traffic so bad that it took us nearly half an hour to find a space, probably because of all the nearby offices. The hotel itself is a pleasant setting, but the exit is confusing.
