The food quality needs work, and service takes far too long. The shower in room B40 is faulty too. You can surely do better than this, including with your floor and tiles...

They keep the hotel clean, and it’s beautifully set up. I think its somewhat hidden, which makes it hard to attract visitors in Kitui. The conference rooms aren’t well made, and food service is a bit off when handling larger groups. They already have the hotel 🙃, so they need to work a bit harder on the services.

Breakfast was very poor, and the service was really slow. In room B48, the ceiling lights don’t work and the TV isn’t connected to power. The shower head is very low, and there’s a stair that could be dangerous with wet feet. The tiles are peeling off and feel uncomfortable underfoot. There’s also a pool of water that guests have to wade through to reach the executive wing.

A relaxing spot in Kitui town, with some shade to enjoy your favorite drink while the chef prepares your favorite food. There’s a gym under the same roof too.

The rooms are spacious, but there’s not much to get excited about. The bathroom looks old and very poorly maintained, unlike the outside.
