Very Good Featured review

The hotel is quiet and just a walk from Mombasa road, so the location is fantastic. I was surprised by how beautiful it was in person, even better than the pictures. The hosts were amazing, and there were plenty of lovely toiletries. The bed was wonderful, with cool fiber pillows.

I really enjoyed having lunch at Anthena. The service was good, and I can’t find a reason to complain about the experience.

4/10
The place has a good bed and spacious rooms, so it could be ideal. But the staff and management are totally poor. Basic items were missing from the room, the bedding hadn’t been replaced, and the bed was very dusty. The mosquito net also hadn’t been treated or washed.

The staff were friendly, and we had good WiFi and nice food. The reception was good too, and the rooms were meticulously prepared, with room for a balcony.
