At Kiandani Hotel, the water pump keeps humming loudly through the night and leaves residents awake. This is unacceptable for a residential area. Management needs to fix it immediately.

The food quality needs improvement, and the internet should be better too.

I got great value for money at Kiandani Hotel. It's a comfortable place with top-notch service, and I found it was underrated. During my fantastic two-night stay, the rooms were spotless and room service was impressively quick and efficient. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always polite, going out of their way to help. I can't recommend it enough.
