Ken, our service attendant, made the reserved lunch feel personal and special. His professionalism, attentiveness, and charm were a solid 10/10. The food was delicious, the atmosphere peaceful, and the hospitality was unmatched. Everything from the warm welcome to the excellent service exceeded what I expected at Gelian Hotel. Highly recommended for a memorable meal and quality service in Machakos.

The hotel handled our event really well, and everything was organized and smooth. I also enjoyed the gym, the lovely comfortable rooms, and the genuinely friendly staff. It’s close to the town center but still has a much calmer feel. A refreshing, enjoyable stay. I’d recommend it.

What stood out most was how welcoming and helpful every staff member was. They were attentive, professional, and kind, which made the stay feel special. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a nice balance of convenience and relaxation. I had a wonderful time and would recommend the hotel for its service and pleasant experience.

The food was delicious and very well prepared. Chef Dominic really knows his craft, and Trainee Elizabeth seemed like a guru at her work. She was lovely and gave excellent service. We’re so grateful to you both. God bless you.

Lunch is always a nice experience when I come in, and I really appreciate the service I get from Kennedy. He’s very good staff. I also like being able to call ahead and pre-order when I’m short on time.
