The place feels like a hidden gem, and the ambience is good. But after I topped up the money, the waiter kept texting me and calling to ask for more. Please train your older staff to handle these things better.

Last season, the pool attendant kept the water crystal clear when I came to swim. Today it was dirty, with things floating in it, and I couldn't see the bottom. The floor also felt very slippery when I stood there. It didn't seem very healthy.

The bushy fence and dirty swimming pool need attention, and customers weren't attended to even though it was an off peak day. The place has real potential, but management could be better. The snacks were quite pricey, though the meal was fairly priced, and we enjoyed the soft, delicious mbizi choma and wet fry.

The grounds are beautiful, the setup is lovely, and it's a nice place for a family day out. The pool is a good size, and the food was cooked very well. Service was poor, though. Management seems to have cut back on training and hired inexperienced waiters, who don't even know the names of common drinks. The bar is limited too, without basics like a simple dry red wine.
