I left with a terrible impression. In front of everyone, the manager was extremely hostile and humiliated me. I wouldn’t encourage anyone to go to this hotel.

The Elsa Hotel was all about comfort for me. The grounds were clean, there was plenty of parking, and the food was delicious, well cooked, and balanced. Staff throughout the place, from the gate and reception to the dining, cleaning, and security teams, were polite and offered amazing customer service. Definitely worth a visit.

I had a great time here and would like to come back often. The room service was amazing, and breakfast was lovely too, although I was a little rushed while having it.

For a low budget stay, the service is excellent. The rooms are exceptionally neat, the staff are helpful, and the food is good and fairly priced. Breakfast is included, and it’s amazing, with all you can eat.
