We paid for bed and breakfast, but the manager refused to give us breakfast and said it was for the next day. The nerve. The service is bad, please don’t go there.

I’ve been staying here for a while and would recommend it. It’s a good base for getting to Mombasa town and the surrounding areas. The customer service is top-notch, the food is quite good, and the prices are fair if you’re on a budget.

Everything else was good, but the staff came in to change the sheets 45 minutes before checkout. Checkout is at 10:00 a.m., not 9:25!

Honestly, the restaurant is good, but the hotel is terrible. The rooms lack basics like mosquito nets, or have old ones. When you complain, they say there are no refunds. It feels like the business puts money ahead of people.

The rates are reasonable, and the location in Mombasa Business District is excellent. There are several bus stations close by, so it’s a convenient starting point for an independent trip. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly. The area has daily noise and you’ll see ordinary African life, so if you’re comfortable with that, it’s a perfect place to stay.
