These apartments have potential, but they've been allowed to deteriorate. The one we stayed in seemed poorly managed. Reception said our apartment wasn't under their management and that the owner handled clients directly, so they couldn't sort out even small questions. The master bedroom was in bad shape, with a worn mattress, bathroom water leaking, and broken wardrobe and balcony doors. The kitchen tap was blocked, and the cooker was blocked too, so cooking took ages. Thankfully, an engineer in my family managed to fix things. Towels weren't readily available and we had to keep asking. The housekeeper can only make reverse calls to guests, which is an odd setup. I hope apartment 205 is improved for future visitors.

The rooms are roomy, and the place is quiet and good for families.

The master bedroom mattress was so worn that it wasn't comfortable, and the Jacuzzis don't work. The place needs a lot of maintenance and didn't feel worth the money. It also lacks basic things you'd expect in a BnB, like a kettle, microwave, blender and utensils such as sufurias. Our chef had to keep borrowing those from other rooms.

We booked the deluxe suite and had a comfortable stay. I absolutely loved the place and would highly recommend it.
