It's a nice place, but our family found out the hard way what happens if the AC stops working. We stayed on December 29 and 30, and the first-floor rooms were extremely hot. The AC in the master bedroom failed, and management couldn't fix the problem. We spent the night in what felt like a chimney. Be prepared for the heat if the AC goes out.

I still remember the New Palm from my time there during Operation Restore Hope. I learned a lot from the gentleman pictured, Shadrog, and we became friends. He made potato chips and salsa from scratch. I hope he's still around and doing well. I had a photo to confirm the place's name. Maybe I helped keep things trouble-free during my stay.

The apartments are fully furnished, and the place is clean with a good family atmosphere. There’s a rooftop pool with a partial ocean view, plus a play area for kids. Rooms have fans and air conditioning.

Quiet and homey, a good fit for a peaceful working holiday. The service was good, though the rooms felt cramped. The food was very ordinary, and the pool is tiny.

The rooms were clean and the staff polite. It was convenient for getting to the malls and beach, and the rates were affordable. A nice experience.
