The apartment was spacious, which was the one real upside. The condition felt worn and poorly maintained, though. Hot water didn’t work until we’d complained to staff several times, and the master bedroom’s air conditioning never worked, making it very uncomfortable to sleep in that climate. There was also loud noise from a karaoke evening at the pool opposite our room until midnight. After the event officially ended, loud voices and conversations carried on well past midnight, so it was nearly impossible to sleep. The next morning, we found a puddle on the floor in one bedroom. That added to our concerns about maintenance and cleanliness. Taken together, the broken amenities, poor upkeep, and noise made for a very disappointing stay. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel unless it makes significant improvements.

The restaurant team even made food for my son that wasn’t on the menu, which we really appreciated. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We had a very spacious apartment on the 6th floor and got to swim in the pool on the 1st floor, where there’s also a bar. Mira Heights is close to Wildwaters, so I’d recommend it to families wanting to stay near the waterpark. Our stay @ Mira Heights was pure bliss, and we’ll definitely be back.

The loud music starts at 10am and goes until 3pm, with extra bass, and then there are late evening parties at the rooftop swimming pool. It used to be quiet after the construction work ended. Residents don’t need to go to Al Capone at City Mall anymore. I think Mira Heights Residences has lost its character. Is this accommodation, a hotel, long term lease apartments, or an eatery and nightclub? So much for exclusivity. Whether it’s a good place to stay and live is relative. 😁😁😁😁

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed using the swimming pool and gym. It’s not far from the beach, and there was a coffee shop nearby called Oak Coffee. I’d come back.
