The pool was very okay, security was okay, and the place is quiet and near the mall. The daytime receptionist was welcoming and courteous. The rooms were clean during my stay, apart from the first day when ours was very dusty. Services overall were below average, and the free WiFi was weak. The power was out for two days; they turned on a generator, but it couldn't serve the whole facility. When I asked the night receptionist if we could charge even a phone, she acted as though I was disturbing her sleep on the reception couch. It was our last day, otherwise I would have moved. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAY HERE. YOU WILL BE ANNOYED.

It’s in a central spot, close to entertainment, and feels safe. The staff are welcoming. The pool is adequate and fairly well maintained, and the bedding was clean, though the towels could do with replacing. The garden needs to be tidier, and the facility would benefit from a fresh coat of paint. There are very few breakfast options on the menu.

We stayed six nights with the kids, and it was family friendly. The furnished apartments are nice and quiet, close to everything, with City mall and Naivas within easy walking distance. The snag is that there’s no WiFi in the rooms. You have to go downstairs to get online.

The bed covers were stained, the rooms were very dirty, and the damp smell was overpowering. The owner was very rude and wouldn’t listen to our complaints. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. DO NOT COME HERE!

After booking online, I arrived with my husband and kids and found the place was total garbage. My kids had hoped for a good experience in Africa, but they were so disappointed. We paid $500 for five nights and stayed only one, yet they refused to refund our money. A total rip off, the worst experience ever.
