The location is peeps excellent, the staff are excellent, and it's great value for money.

The new management is really unprofessional. How can a manager ask you for … just because you're a woman coming for work, then assume you're a …? The menu is poor too, with only chips, chicken, beef or pork, ugali, and rice. This is a hotel, not some restaurant. Housekeeping 🥵 is all handled by one woman, so of course she'll get tired and the work won't be perfect. My room's toilet was dirty 🥵. Sorry, but things have to change. Periodt.

The setting was nice and calm, and I enjoyed spending time with my friend. I didn't like having to send them outside to get drinks.

The apartments, gardens, and pool are beautiful. Patience, the chef and bar lady, is professional. But the manager was rude and made us feel unwelcome. He spoiled our stay, so we had to go somewhere else to enjoy our holiday.

It has gone downhill and feels run down now. The place needs urgent attention, though the reggae music is still great.
