10/10
During my four weeks there, I never regretted staying. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed, with shops, a chemist, parlours, City Mall, restaurants, and bars all nearby. The administration and employees were super friendly and helpful, and the service was great. I’m looking forward to returning and can only recommend it. Marco Ritz.

It's quiet here and the prices are good. The rooms could be cleaner, though, and more suitable for kids.

Worst experience. I paid 22 thousand, but the AC wasn't working in 40-degree hot weather. I complained and nothing was done.

I wasn't happy with the apartment. It was poorly maintained, really dirty, and had cockroaches.

A solid budget apartment, and a reliable choice.
