PrideInn Flamingo Beach Resort & Spa Hotel

The meals were so delicious, and there were more varieties than I could get through. I didn’t meet the chef, but I salute him. The hotel itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms, and the service was superb. Most of the staff I met were friendly and engaging, and went out of their way to take care of what I needed. Special thanks to Diana, John, Donald, and Hellen. It was my best hotel stay.

The kids’ club was top-notch, and my children had such a good time that I wish we’d stayed longer. The staff there kept every child cared for and engaged. The head chef was friendly and welcoming too, though the menu didn’t impress me much. Options felt limited for different tastes, with about 90% of it made up of local dishes. More variety for different backgrounds would be welcome, perhaps with a chef brought in to broaden the menu. The rooms had no ceiling fans, which seemed surprising in that weather. I asked and a standing fan was brought promptly. Remmy introduced me to Elousy, who handled the booking smoothly, and Elousy helped keep the stay comfortable. The staff were very friendly, even more so than at another beach resort I visit often. Joan took time to explain the whole hotel to us. I only wish the visit had been longer. Ahsante sana.

The service and the staff really stood out. Their warm smiles lasted from morning to evening and made the atmosphere welcoming. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool was beautiful, and the beach was pleasant. This was on the all-inclusive package. Food was just okay and could be better. Cocktails weren’t up to standard, and the juices were often too sweet, though Balozi beer was a good choice. Entertainment could use an upgrade too, maybe a live band. Well done to the whole team and whoever inspires them.

The food was delicious, and everyone was friendly and helpful. We were outbooked and had some delays, but Nancy, the Customer relations manager, followed up quickly and kept assuring us she was handling the settlement. We eventually got settled with her help. Great hospitality, thank you. I’d recommend it.
