Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort and Spa With Amazing View

The hotel's beachside café has lovely couches facing the ocean, plus charging ports, which made it handy to sit and get some work done. I also appreciated the tidy prayer room for our Muslim sisters and brothers, tucked in a quiet but convenient spot. They make an effort to accommodate everyone. I was here for a three-day conference and found the location convenient, just off the main highway, with a reasonable walk from the road to reception. The rooms were spacious and clean, a great place to rest after full days of events. Staff were ready to help and gave me directions when I got lost on my first day. At dinner, the live band and dance performances were a highlight. I didn't get the upstairs room with a balcony that I had requested, though I understand the hotel was busy with several groups. The food could also improve in both quality and variety.

I didn't realize my handbag was missing for over an hour, but security found it in less than five minutes once I reported it. I'd lost it somewhere between the beach and the hotel, and it had everything in it. I still can't believe how quickly they acted. Thank you, and kudos to Paul, head of security. I thank God! The last day brought a small disappointment after such a lovely stay. We were told we could no longer use the soft drinks offer, and lunch water was limited to one glass per person. The drinks themselves cost very little, but the restriction affected the feeling of an otherwise caring, high-quality experience, especially since we had paid extra for late checkout. We arrived around 9 p.m. on the first day and missed breakfast, lunch, and drinks, so we thought the final day wouldn't be a problem. Still, we loved our holiday at Sarova Whitesands and will remember it warmly. The place is beautiful, well maintained, and has a wonderful atmosphere for relaxing. From the first day, the staff made us feel welcome and looked after, always kind, attentive, and helpful. The food was varied and delicious, and the service was professional. The stay exceeded our expectations, and we're grateful for the wonderful experience.

Jimmy was a lovely standout waiter, and Nancy was a great restaurant host. The staff were always cheerful and helpful. At every breakfast, lunch, and dinner there were live cooking, barbecue, and pasta stations, and the food was excellent. Our best stay at Sarova Whitesands. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!
